Seth Porter
Seth Porter is the Founder and CEO of KAEDIX, bringing more than eight years of experience across construction, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing. He specializes in guiding projects from entitlement and preconstruction through delivery in the field, helping developers, owners, and partners adopt scalable systems that reduce costs, compress timelines, and improve outcomes.
Over his career, Seth has managed more than $4 billion in projects across residential, healthcare, modular, and large-scale commercial sectors. His leadership includes serving as Director of Construction at BLOX, where he oversaw the successful delivery of nearly one million square feet of modularized healthcare facilities and scaled his department from 15 to more than 150 people in less than a year. Earlier roles with Connors Group and Katerra strengthened his expertise in lean operations, industrialized construction, and project controls.
Seth is a Certified Project Controls Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and he remains active in advancing the industry through memberships with the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), American Society of Professional Engineers (ASPE), Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE), and the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA).
Beyond KAEDIX, he serves as a board member of Phoenix Takeover 501(c)3, supporting community initiatives since 2020.
