Amanda Saye brings decades of hands-on experience in HR, operations, and accounting to her role as Director of People Operations at KAEDIX. Known for her thoughtful systems and people-first leadership, she ensures KAEDIX’s team has the support and structure they need to grow, thrive, and do their best work.

Her career began in high school, working in her mother’s tax and bookkeeping business. She went on to prepare income tax returns throughout college, then moved into inventory accounting in her first full-time role after graduation. Years later, Amanda stepped away from her career to raise her two children and care for her husband and in-laws through a series of major health challenges.

When the time was right, she returned to school—refreshing her existing skills and gaining new ones in HR, payroll, and operational strategy. That path ultimately led her to KAEDIX, where she now blends operational excellence with heart, empathy, and a deep understanding of how good systems make great teams possible.
